| | Printing e-mail messages. I WLM, I receive my e-mail messages in plain text. On rare occasions I have to print out an e-mail message and never experienced any problems in doing so. Lately however I encounter difficulties printing out e-mail messages... Example of e-mail message received : [quote] All material in this message is confidential to (DELETED INTENTIONALLY) and is intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is addressed. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify us immediately by reply email and delete all copies of this message. While (DELETED INTENTIONALLY) takes extreme care to ensure that messages transmitted are free from viruses, the company gives no guarantee that the communication is free from such computer viruses and will not be liable for any loss or damages incurred by the recipient or any other person. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the recipient to virus scan this email message. [unquote] But when printing out the same message it looks like this: [quote] All=20 material in this message is confidential to (DELETED INTENTIONALLY) and = is=20 intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to </SPAN><SPAN=20 lang=3DEN-AU=20 style=3D"FONT-SIZE: 7.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; = mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: EN-AU; = mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt">whom</SPAN><SPAN=20 lang=3DEN-AU=20 style=3D"FONT-SIZE: 7.5pt; FONT-FAMILY: 'Times New Roman'; = mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: EN-AU">=20 it is addressed. [unquote] I kindly request guidance to configure WLM in order to print out e-mail messages as observed in the view panel. TIA |

Instead of Windows Explorer I've got Internet Explorer and the View menu does not include Folder Options. I am on Win XP Pro SP3.
