Printing e-mail messages.

I WLM, I receive my e-mail messages in plain text. On rare occasions I have
to print out an e-mail message and never experienced any problems in doing
so.
Lately however I encounter difficulties printing out e-mail messages...

Example of e-mail message received :
[quote]
All material in this message is confidential to (DELETED INTENTIONALLY) and
is intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom it is
addressed. If you are not the intended recipient, please notify us
immediately by reply email and delete all copies of this message. While
(DELETED INTENTIONALLY) takes extreme care to ensure that messages
transmitted are free from viruses, the company gives no guarantee that the
communication is free from such computer viruses and will not be liable for
any loss or damages incurred by the recipient or any other person.
Therefore, it is the responsibility of the recipient to virus scan this
email message.
[unquote]

But when printing out the same message it looks like this:
[quote]
All=20
material in this message is confidential to (DELETED INTENTIONALLY) and =
is=20
intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to </SPAN><SPAN=20

I kindly request guidance to configure WLM in order to print out e-mail
messages as observed in the view panel.
TIA

Re: Printing e-mail messages.

You are receiving messages in whatever format they were sent.
You are viewing them in plain text.
I don't know of a way to make WLM print a HTML message in plain text.

Re: Printing e-mail messages.

That sounds like this issue. You can try the same fixes.

HTML Code May Be Printed Instead of Web Page or Message
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=175322
Also try resetting IE as the default browser.

Applies to:
.. Microsoft Outlook Express 4.0
.. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 128-Bit Edition
.. Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 128-Bit Edition

Anyway, the recommended steps do not apply either. Instead of Windows
Explorer I've got Internet Explorer and the View menu does not include
Folder Options.
I am on Win XP Pro SP3.
Folder Options can be accessed via the Control Panel but there is definitely
no "File type details" in the Registered File Types box. I checked by
clicking the Advanced button but couldn't locate any file extension named
TMP.

Setting IE7 as the default browser does not make any difference to the
print-out of e-mail messages.

Since I generally run on Least-privileged User Account (LUA), I just
checked and found that there aren't any problems printing e-mail messages in
Admin Account.
I compared all WLM settings in Options panel but couldn't find any
discrepancies :-(

Re: Printing e-mail messages.

Hi Ibex.

You have confused 'Internet Explorer' with 'Windows Explorer'.

To open Windows Explorer: Start->Run->[type in] explorer->OK [button]
