Vista - Cannot send or receive

I do not get any error messages, but none of my mail is reaching recipiants,
including myself at another e-mail address.

From that other address I show mail as being successfully sent to my
live.com address, however it never arrives at the live.com address. No mail
arrives from senders at other addresses either.

Since you are posting from the web interface, we're unable to determine which email client is in use(production versions, beta
version, operating system, isp, etc).

Please provide as much information as possible.

Additionally, in advance
- verify that your account(s) is(are) configured properly in your email client
- if the email account also has a web interface verify that logon and sending to the live.com address is capable
- logon to your live.com account via mail.live.com and validate incoming mail from the sending account is delivered.
