| | WLM stops when trying to save jpg file This past week/weekend my WLM desktop stops working when I try to save an attached jpg file. Other files like doc & pdf work fine. I restart Vista business and it still fails. I have to get this resolved very quickly as my business relies on working with clients and attached files. Thanks, Larry |

Or dragging the attachment from the attachment line in the message header to a Windows Folder? | | Re: WLM stops when trying to save jpg file The problem is not limited to JPG fles, is common to all types of attachments, jpg, pdf, ppt, pps, doc, xls, etc. And it does not occur with the first attachement I open after opening WLMail. And it did not occur during the first 8 months I used WLMail, it started suddenly two weeks ago without any apparent reason. Any suggestion? I stopped using WLMail as an innterim way out. | | Re: WLM stops when trying to save jpg file I forgot to detail another fact: after opening WLMail, on the first e-mail I read, there is no problem when opening the first attachment. The problem occurs when I open susequent attachements (of the same e-mail or other e-mails). In any case, next i will try uninstalling and reinstalling Norton Internet Security. Thanks.
