| | WLM loses connectivity Anyone else see this? Recently, I'll notice that something has been sitting in my Outbox for much longer than the 5 minutes I have as an automatic send/receive interval. I'll click on Send/Receive at the top and up pops a note that "the Internet is not available, try again?" Hitting Yes will do a good send and receive, and from then on things seem to work okay... until the next time, maybe later that day, maybe not. WLM shares the same LAN Internet connection as IE, and IE works right through this same time interval without a hitch. Can the link between WLM and IE be broken somehow? |

| | Re: WLM loses connectivity Oh, sorry, Winston, Yes, it's Version 12. Another thing I've noticed: I'm running five different e-mail accounts on WLM. Every now and then, for some reason not associated with WLM (probably an ISP thing), WLM cannot access one account. It comes up with the notice that "...the server terminated the connection...' or some-such, but then never tries that account again until I go in, open the send/recieve window, and close the warning box. In the meantime it will poll the other accounts on the 5-minute-interval schedule, but the one that was missed will continue to be missed. Shouldn't these warnings be overlooked by the program on subsequent account log-ins? | | Re: WLM loses connectivity It could be isp related, but the full error message including any error number would help a better diagnosis. Other causes of termination could be interference with a third party application(AV email scanning, AV program, firewall, malware scanner, or other programs that filter mail). -- ...winston ms-mvp mail "Jim" <Jim@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:549D80C6-1B8A-40CA-81AA-F11DF7A7207F@xxxxxx Quote: > Oh, sorry, Winston, > > Yes, it's Version 12.
