| | Remove Email From Server Is there a setting in Windows Live Mail that will clear the server of that email. Back in the days of Netscape, when I downloaded my email it would clear the server. |

Other accounts (IMAP, HTTP) are designed to synchronize, so what you move from local folders under the account will be removed from the equivalent folder at the server. If you want only to retain a copy of a message locally and remove it from the server, move it to a folder under Storage folders. If you can't see Storage folders, go to [View >] Layout > Folder pane and select 'Show Storage folders'. -- Noel |
