Vista - Unable to send or receive messages

My Outlook Express worked fine. Then came WL Mail. Always problems. I
finally logged back into WL Mail and for about a week or so I was able to
send & receive all mail. Starting 2 days ago I got this:
Unable to send or receive messages for the Allanicky account. To send and
receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on
the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer Support,
go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the list of
services.

Server Error: 4102
Server Response: Object with Id 57aba367-3f8e-4765-830a-df4f1fb5d6ff appears
in more than one command

This is the same problem I had for months when WLM first came out.
Allanicky my main account, so I am back to using Outlook Express so I can see
all of my mail accounts in one place. I understand that they are going to
stop supporting that soon. I can log onto WL Mail on line & see, send &
reveive from all accounts but one at a time.
MS Customer Support tells me to download version 14.0.5027.0908. I have
sersion 12.0.1606. They then say to remove the Alanicky account, restart
the computer & add back the account. I don't want a new version of WLM and
all the rest of the stuff they want me to download with it. Also, I have
removed and put back the Allanicky account more times than I can count.
Any Ideas?
