I would like to see the complete headings in my e-mails for live hot mail. I
am unable to find anywhere in the Options menu or in any help dialog.

Is there a way to accomplish this?

There's no way to see the full headers in the preview pane, but you can see
them for any message by right-clicking the message and choosing Properties
from the popup menu. When the Properties dialog box appears, click the
Details tab, and then you'll see the headers.

If you wish to view the message headers when using the Hotmail web interface
- Select a message, right click and scroll and select View Source.
