| | Can't view folder pane in Windows Live Mail Hi, I thought I'd give Windows Live Mail a try.....I have Win XP Media Center Edition. From Live Mail I imported my OE messages. The end result was that when I open Live Mail I can't see the inbox, or any of the folders I created in Outlook Express. Under Quick Views I see "Unread emails - 131,623 and Un-read from contacts - 158" Please advise. Thanks in advance, sheana |

| | Re: Can't view folder pane in Windows Live Mail Your imported folders and messages will be within a storage folder called 'Imported items' under 'Storage folders'. If you can't see 'Storage folders', go to View->Layout...->Folder pane->Show Storage folders [check] If the Menu bar is not showing, go Alt+M, M -- Cheers, Peter (Windows Vista Home Premium SP1 with Windows Live Mail Beta 14.0.5027.0908) "There are more things in Heaven and earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy." - Shakespeare --------------- "sheana" <sheana@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:#NxhWBSMJHA.4536@xxxxxx Quote: > Hi, > > I thought I'd give Windows Live Mail a try.....I have Win XP Media Center > Edition. | | Re: Can't view folder pane in Windows Live Mail Thankyou for that, a great help. I had Storage Folders showing on 2 other PCs, but after a complete reinstall of XP Pro on my Laptop and loading WLM I had no Storage Folders to view.So everything is back to normal.
