Sub groups on drop down menu

I am trying to set up a data base which contains 11 choices which I would
love to have on a drop box. My problem is that each of the 11 choices also
has a sub group of choices. Is there any way that I can set up the drop box
and when one of the 11 items is chosen the next drop down box will be limited
to the items in the chosen Item's sub group. This is an effort to hold the
form down to one page.

Re: Sub groups on drop down menu

How is this related to the Windows Live Mail email program?
