Vista - ERROR MESSAGE "Windows Live Mail Must Close"

Live has been working just fine today the all of a sudden I started getting
this error message saying "Sorry, something unexpected happened and Windows
Live Mail must close. Your most recent changes may not be saved."

I can still send and receive email but this message has me bothered!

Any ideas?

Force WLM to compact the data.
Tools/Options/Advanced/Maintenance
- change the Compact counter to 1
Click Close/Apply/OK
Click File/Work Offline
Click File/Exit
Minimize all other open Windows except WLM
Ok the prompt to compact when the dialog box appears on your screen

I get the same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and the error message keeps repeating but if i ignore it I can still receive and send email. I have tried the fix suggested and we'll see if it works. Must be a bug in the system. I tried installing WLM on my laptop and it worked fine for several days, then I got the same error.... I hope MS fixes this annoying bug because otherwise WLM is a pretty good option for me.

Ok, I just did a complete uninstall of the program including deleting all
windows live mail registry keys, anything in add/remove that had something to
do with windows live mail, and the windows live mail contacts folder. I also
disabled any anti-virus or spyware I had running at the time. Once the entire
process was over it seemed o be working. I had also started getting a
Windows Live Platform Communication Error. I looked that up and someone said
their anti-virus caused a conflict, so I tried this to see what would happen.
