Error when moving messages

I wanted to move my messages from one e-mail account to another, but I always
receive the following messages when I tried to move several particular
messages:

An unknown error have occurred.

Details
An error has occurred.

Configuration:
Port: 0
Secure(SSL): 0
Code: 8004120b

After I click O.K. I get this message.

The selected message(s) could not be moved.

An error has occurred.

Is there any fix to this error?

P.S. There's a topic on this on the Internet, but there's no solution to the
problem yet at the moment.

Where on the Internet? The Internet's a much bigger place than you seem
to think it is. Perhaps you're confusing the Internet with a smaller place
with a similar name.

Re: Error when moving messages

If you really want to know which link I am referring to, here it is.

http://www.techtalkz.com/windows-vis...t-moved-4.html

Part of the link stated something about anti-virus compatibility. But I only
got BitDefender AV (unlike the Norton & McAfee products that they said can
cause problems).

Re: Error when moving messages

Thank you. techtalkz.com is only a rather small part of the Internet.
Looks
like you are beyond what I can help with, though.

Re: Error when moving messages

I suggest that as a test you uninstall BitDefender, then try sending again.
I assume you can always reinstall BitDefender if it turns out not to be
the culprit.

Re: Error when moving messages

I have attempted to uninstall BitDefender, but even after that the problem
still exists, & the messages still cannot be moved.

Re: Error when moving messages

Just to note that regarding the link to a forum thread that I have provided
above, I found another part of one of the posts that interests me: the
Outlook Express. Although suggested to be uninstalled, I can't seem to find
any way to do that (not even through Revo Uninstaller). Any suggestions on
how to remove it?

Re: Error when moving messages

I'm assuming that you're not running any other third party security programs.
If so, I'm out of ideas, other than trying the 'complete uninstall/reinstall':

OK, I think I'm going to try the final method: recovery; that is, if your
method did not work. Thanks though.
