Vista - Import mail acounts from Outlook

Can somebody tell me how to import all my mail account settings from Outlook
to WLM? I can import the folders and emails, but it only seems to want to
import accounts from an internet account.

What other type of account are you trying to import? WLM doesn't
support Exchange server natively as Outlook does. If using Exchange
server, it will need to have POP3 or IMAP support enabled on the server
and you'll need to use one of those in WLM.

I am running Office 2003 on a stand alone PC with Vista Business installed.
No Exchange server.

I just want to migrate from Outlook to Live Mail as Outlook is not behaving
properly on Vista!Windows to Windows,,,, should be simple Eh?

Open WLM, create all your email accounts that existed in Outlook(Tools/Options/Accounts)
Click File/Import/Messages
Select Outlook
When prompted choose or browse to your Outlook pst file
Your messages will be imported to a subfolder under WLM's Storage Folders. Move the messages to the appropriate location in each
email account.

See the attached. If you can not view the attachment using the web interface view this message in WLM by setting up this news
account in WLM.

Ahh.... It was the "create all your email accounts" bit that I was trying to
avoid!
hence the query as to whether I could import them...

afiak..that remains your last option.
And do recognize that unlike Outlook, WLM creates a separate set of folders for each created email account(inbox, drafts, sent,
deleted) and like Outlook uses on common Outbox.
