| Guest | Red 'X' question not sure if this is due to this mail program...?...(I just switched over to it) But when someone sends me email with pictures, the pics don't show...just this red X in a box. Anyone know why??? thank you! |

If WLM, check your settings for Download Images and Virus Protection on Tools/Safety/Security ? Is the sender's email address in your safe senders list ? Are the pictures embedded or attached ? | Guest | Re: Red 'X' question At the top of Windows Live Mail go to "Tools" > "Safety Options" > "security" tab and check if The "Block images and other external content in HTML e-mail" is checked. If so un check it and check the one below it (show images and.....)
