Vista - Accessing Live Calendar from Live Mail...

I Read in some of the blogs that you can access live calendar from the live
mail UI...but I cannot find this in live mail...any help?

What version of Windows Live Mail are you running? If uncertain, look
at Help, About.

The production version (Build 12.0.1606) does Not have the calendar.

The calendar is in the Beta test version (build 14.xxxx). That version
should be going live in the next few months.

As Michael said, the Calendar is included in beta build 14.0.5027 0908. If
that's what you have, then look for the Calendar icon in the lower left
corner of your main WLM screen, between the icons for Mail and Contacts.

There have been a few issues reported by others in the public forum concerning some issues with the beta Calendar synchronization.
e.g. WLM won't open, Calendar not available in WLM(won' t sync)
- both are rectifiable by deleting the locally stored Calendar folder and allowing WLM to sync with the main Calendar storage
location on line(in the Cloud).

If you do encounter the above issues, to delete the Calendar folder and force a resync..compliments of a post in this newsgroup by

1) Exit wlmail
2) Delete C:\Documents and Settings\USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail\Calendars (this is xp's path. Vista is a
bit different, let me know if you need that path)
3) restart wlmail, navigate to calendar ui to start a sync.
