Is Windows Live Mail (beta) v14.0.5027.0908 installed?

Did try the uninstall instructions for Search Enhancement Pack in my first
    reply?

    Re: Service Pack 3 question

Yes, Windows Live Mail beta is installed.

When I tried to uninstall the Search Enhancement Pack per your instructions,
I got a message that says, "This action is only valid for products that are
currently installed." I rebooted to see if it came up again, and it does.

Feel free to begin a new thread about /your/ problem (which may have been
caused by your stuck CapsLock key) instead of hijacking LeAnne's.
