Vista - 1606 is very good.

I've used four previous beta versions of Windows Live Mail, and it appears
that build 1606 is certainly the best-performing thus far.

For which I am suitably grateful.

Both use the same method to install the app..a small installer file(WLInstaller.exe) that provides a menu to download and install
applications

the new version..I.e. don't use that site. Though it is expected that this will be the main url for the next RTW/Production release
deployment.


I.e.. The next RTW version(which will replace 12.0.1606) will become available in soon. It will have some feature changes and
some fixes that were uncovered during the beta testing.
