NTLDR is the NT loader, which must be located and run by the computer before Windows even starts to load. Please post your question in a group that deals with problems for YOUR operating system. Since Vista does not use NTLDR, my guess is that you need a Windows XP group. There are at least 50 such newsgroups, in several languages. You might start in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general.
