Be creative with Nicknames. If you have four contacts called Jim,
give them nicknames like ajim, bjim, cjim and djim, for example. Or
if you have different 'groups' of contacts - those at school, and
those you play tennis with, say, then give them a unique nickname
prefix like sc for school and tn for tennis. Start typing 'tn' and
all your tennis contacts (and most likely no others) will appear -
then the next letter will probably fix it within one or two. Play
with it until you hit a system that suits.
The Name field (which is what you see when you start typing in the
To: box) is generated by WLMail from the data available. If there's
a nickname, it will use that. Otherwise first name and/or last name,
company or (if none of those are present) e-mail address.
