Placing a JPEG in my Signature

Is it possible to place a JPEG photo in my signature? I think I have done
everything to create an HTML file and create a signature but the photo
doesn't come up. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!

Re: Placing a JPEG in my Signature

See the following. Although they are talking about Outlook Express, the
same applies to WLM

Re: Placing a JPEG in my Signature

Thank you,

I have tried to follow several guides to producing this signature but
nothing is working.

I'm now guessing that I'm not correctly creating the HTML document. I have
tried creating with email/save as html and with MS word/save as html.
When I look at the saved HTML file the picture is not there???? (just box
with red x) Any suggestions?? Thanks.

Re: Placing a JPEG in my Signature

Word is the last program that I would use to create a signature.
Are you showing the full path to the image?

Here is a signature file that I use:

<HTML><HEAD>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<DIV><IMG alt=" rsommer@xxxxxx " hspace=0
src="C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\My Documents\My Pictures\written
signature.JPG" align=baseline
border=0></DIV></BODY></HTML>

Re: Placing a JPEG in my Signature

The signature should be created in Notepad, not Word.

A simple signature the works

<DIV>A test Signature with image&nbsp;&nbsp;<IMG alt="" hspace=0
src="C:\APP-DATA\a.gif" align=baseline border=0></DIV>

Save as an HTML file and specify that as the signature.

It is important that the src= specify the full path to the image file on
your PC.

Also make sure that Tools, Options, Send, Mail HTML settings specify to
send pictures.
