I can't delete unsent message ??

I have an unsent message that I can't erase (it's not in draft box). I just
want to delete it all together! This is so annoying. It has red "x" next to
it but I can't delete. How do I delete this ?
It continually ask me if I want to send the message and I answer NO. If I
answer yes, I get the following detailed error message:

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Live Mail", and read
the "I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help
determining the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service
provider.

The rejected e-mail address was 'marcematassa@xxxxxx'.

Subject 'test'
Server Error: 550
Server Response: 550 Invalid recipient: <marcematassa@xxxxxx>
Server: 'smtp-server.roadrunner.com'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800CCC79
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No

Re: I can't delete unsent message ??

A message only remains in the 'Draft box' until it is deleted or sent.

Is the unsent message in your Outbox ?

If so which Outbox?
Pop3 account in WLM ?
Http account in WLM ?
Hotmail web interface ?

Re: I can't delete unsent message ??

What happens when you try to delete it, any error message?
You may have to go off-line first. If it can't be deleted, can you move it
to another folder?
