Explain, please.

If she subscribed to Windows Live Hotmail Plus, she did NOT have to install
Windows Live Mail but could have accessed the email account in OE with a
simple change of settings.

Windows Live Mail is free and does NOT require a Hotmail Plus subscription
to be able to access a name@xxxxxx or name@xxxxxx account.
