Vista - WLM not syncing calendar event reminders.

I've noticed that although the WLM calendar syncs up all event data such as
time, description, subject and location with it's online equivalent without
no problem, it's not syncing up reminders to the online calendar thus not
sending any scheduled reminder notifications.

I've tested this several times with my VA appointments scheduling a reminder
for a day before and although the reminder shows correctly in WLM, it always
shows as "None" in the online calendar for the same appointments.
