Vista Tutorial - Windows Live Essentials is ready to download

Does this mean it's out of beta and if so what is the final version? I
tried reinstalling WLM and it did not offer a newer version (currently using
14.0.8050.1202).

I'm guessing if the installer didn't offer new versions or updates, than you
must be using the latest version. I mean, I also tried downloading the new
version but the only thing that got updated was the Office Live plugin.

It looks like MS only removed the "Beta" tag from the current version, which
is the one you're using.

MS decided to call the December versions as golden. No new downloads. No new
bug fixes. No icons. The lone exception to this is Live Movie Maker -- it is
still in beta.

There have been no changes since the last beta. The build number
has remained the same.
