I've installed the latest build of WLM. I notice I don't have the option to
"send all", "receive all" or "send and receive all". Has this feature been
eliminated or am I simply not looking in the right place?

At least the spell checker works in this build and WLM doesn't crash every
time it's closed. It would be nice if they made the "Subject" entries as
bold as the "From" entries.

Sync all, or Sync everything, or just Sync replaces send/receive.
