I have asked this question before and yet I continue to have problems with copying the contact files into another email service. Can someone please give me step by step instructions?
Thank you.

It is not clear what you mean by "copying contact files".
Since each email service has its own method of storing contacts,
you will have to transfer contacts via export/import, using the
universal format: CSV.
