Vista - Change from WM to WLM

Is there a spot that gives advantages of switching, (pros & cons) and how to
do it?

There is no list of pros and cons. The best way to find out the
differences is to try it out. You can run both programs side-by-side
if you want.
Simply install WLM and it will import everything from your WM.
