| | Re: Blocked & Safe Senders? Using Windows Live Mail does not prevent you from having a "Live ID" (Hotmail or Live.com account). There is no need to use such an account for email (I don't), but if you do, it keeps a synced copy of your contacts and Blocked/Safe Senders lists.
