Vista - How to subscribe to other newsgroups

Just started using this newsgroup with my computer, Windows Vista and
Windows Live Mail.

I am set up for another newsgroup, afm207.phoenix.edu, but I can't download
the newsgroups in that community because "a firewall may be preventing Live
Mail from accessing the internet." Obviously, I can access this group. I
have shut down all firewalls, anti-virus and spyware, and still no luck.
Everything else works fine.

Does anyone have any ideas? Seen this before?

of the connection instead of one on your machine? If so, it's likely to
very hard to find anything you can do on your machine to get past it.
Can you call or send email to whatever group runs that server and ask
them?
