Vista - doesn't download new messages

Hello, my problem is very weird.
I just installed WLM 2009, and now i can't get any new messages anymore!
What must i do to receive all my new e-mails? I also cannot send any mails
anymore.
The number is: 0x80191002
it says that i have to go to http://support.live.com and than click at
Windows Live Mail. But somehow i cannot open that site. I can open all the
other sites I want, but just not that one. So there's nothing wrong with my
computer or my Internetaccount...
Can somebody help me please?

Which version of Windows are you running? And which build of WLM. In Help |
About Windows Live Mail, you should see a string of numbers. The latest (as
of last week) is Version 14.0.8064.0206.

The support.live.com link in your post works for me, so It should work for
you.
Where do you see this number? I think it indicates a problem at the server,
NOT in your computer. If so, then the server managers may have cleared it
up by now. Have you tried again today?
