Fix

Now we can compact and backup every time we close WLM -- a healthy and
intelligent way to use the software.

Just clean up frequently and set the counter at:

Tools > Options > Advanced > Maintenance > to _Compact the database on
shutdown every..ONE runs_. NOT something simple-minded such as 100.

Good Job By The Development Team...

Now that WLM no longer "steps on itself".
