Vista - Windows Live Mail won't start

I had sucessfully installed and was using Windows Live Mail then yesterday I
clicked on the quickstart and while it appears it trys to start, I see the
spinning arrows, it nevers opens.

I have the same problem and have asked for help but no solutions. I use the
Task Manager to close WLM which is usually running in the background after
you try to start it. 2nd best option is to reboot (sigh). I've also
contacted Microsoft and am waiting for a reply. Will post any solution they
send me.
