It's called 'Sync' now. The keyboard shortcut is F5. Here's

In Mail view:

F5 (Sync all email accounts)
Control F5 (Sync everything)
or
WLM Menu/Tools/
- Sync/<select an account> or [Alt T S]<select an account>
- Sync all email accounts or [Alt T A] = same as F5
- Sync everything or [Alt T E] = same as [Ctrl + F5]

In News View:
-------------
F5(Sync all newsgroups) or [Alt T A]
Control F5(Sync everything) or [Alt T E]
or
WLM Menu/Tools/
- Sync selected newsgroup or [Alt T N]
- Sync all newsgroups or [Alt T A] = same as F5
- Sync everything or [Alt T E] = same as [Ctrl + F5]



I'm not sure what that version number is that you posted. The latest
public version of WLMail is 14.0.8064.0206; v. 15 may be along in a
few weeks.
