Vista - Permission needed everytime I open Live Mail?

Everytime I open windows live mail, the "user acounts control" box opens and
says "A program needs your permission to continue". Is there any way to avoid
this? In WLM properties security tab, all users have full control... Please
help. Thanks.

using Dell inspirion, IE7, Vista

Right-click the WLMail shortcut->Properties->Compatibility [tab]->Privilege Level [section]->[ ] 'Run this program as an administrator' [uncheck]->'Show settings for all users' [button]->]->[ ] 'Run this program as an administrator' [uncheck]

If that option is unchecked, then I don't know what is going on... Try a Repair install of WLEssentials through Control Panel->Programs and Features->
