With Outlook Express when I combine and decode multiple messages with
attachments, I get a new message with all the attachments included, in that
way I will be able to save all the attachments in a folder on Microsoft
Explorer at once.
Is it a way to do this on Windows Live Mail and/or Windows Mail?

Should work the same way in WLM. Instead of Combine and Decode, WLM
calls it Recombine Attachments and it's under the ACTIONS menu item.
