Is there any way to disable WLM from recording all contacts from every email
you get? Outlook Express had that option but I can not find it in WLM/

Windows Mail doesn't automatically add addresses from received messages.
It can add addresses for sent messages.

Tools - Options - Send - [ ] Automatically put people I reply to in my
contacts
