WLMD Error: 3206, User has maxed out their sync relationship quota

Hi,

I've started receiving an error when trying to use Windows Live Mail Desktop
to read my hotmail messages. (It was fine up to Friday 3rd April)

The error I'm getting is:
Server Error: 3206
Server Response: User has maxed out their sync relationship quota
Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x8DE00002

And the client I'm using is:
Version 2009 (Build 14.0.8064.0206)

Just wondering if anyone had seen this before, are aware of any problems, or
if there's something I've setup incorrectly on my machine perhaps?

Cheers,
Richard

We haven't seen that error for a long time. It used to be associated
with a fault in Outlook Connector, but that fault was rectified over
a year ago. You're not using an out-of-date Outlook Connector, are
you?

Re: WLMD Error: 3206, User has maxed out their sync relationship q

Hi Noel,

Thanks for such a quick response.

I've had a look in the about-box in WLMD, but I can't find any mention of an
"Outlook Connector" (or even if I have it installed?)

Can you tell me how to check my version?

Cheers,
Richard

Re: WLMD Error: 3206, User has maxed out their sync relationship q

Well, if you don't know what it is, you probably haven't got it. It
is used to enable Outlook to access Hotmail accounts. You'd better
contact Support, because this is a serverside problem.
1. Go to
https://support.live.com/eform.aspx?...top&ct=eformts
2. Click on any topic on the left panel, then wait for the page to
load completely.
3. Click Get more help on the lower right corner of the page, then
click on Get support.
