Vista - Lost all email

I work at an Universtiy and over the weekend the server pushed in a new
Internet system and it has wiped out all of my emails from my live account.
Is there any way to recover those emails?

Have you tried to see if they are there directly on the server, hotmail.com?
Do you use WLM? If so are there any emails stored on your hard drive? You
should be able to find them in :-
C:\Documents and Settings\[user account]\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows Live Mail

If not then I'm afraid it's fairly much lost
