Why do blocked senders get removed from my blocked senders list? Every day I
block senders and/or domains, but the very next day they're off my blocked
list and I get the same junk mail.

The answer depends at least partly on several facts that you didn't tell us.

Which WLMail version (build number from Help | About)? Which Windows
version? What type of mail account: POP3? Hotmail? Other?

HOW are you blocking the senders?
