Vista - "WL Contacts" and "To:" Contact lists do not match

The contact list viewed via 'Go --> Contacts' or the 'Contacts' icon looks to
be in tact, but when creating a new message and clicking the "To:" button to
select contacts to add to the current message does not bring up a full
contact list.

The list it brings up seems to be completely random, and only a snapshot
(25-30 contacts vs 150).

Using WLM 14.0.8064.0206
Windows XP SP3

This happened since the update from WLM 12. My mom uses WLM to view mail
receiver on her ISP mail account. She does not sign in with a Live account.

I'm hoping for some insight before reverting to the old version of WLM (WLM
12)

Using the To: option(with the same version 0206) I actually have more in that list since it not only displays the contacts name and
personal email address but also the name and alternate email addresses(other email, work email)

Its also unclear if you are referencing one or two accounts(your and your moms - one with/without a Live ID and another without ?)
