Folder Pane problem in Windows Live Mail

I am using Windows Live Mail Version 2009 Build 14.0.8050.1202 in
Vista SP1

In the folder pane is my default email address followed by all the
other email addresses that I use then followed by the Outbox and
Storage Folders at the bottom.

I can select any of the email addresses and move them up and down with
the items in the right click menu to put them in the order that I like
and these positions are "remembered" the next time I start up Windows
Live Mail.

However, if I move Outbox and Storage Folders up to be between my
default email and all the others (where I would like it them to be)
then this is NOT "remembered - the next time I start up they are back
down the bottom.

I cannot find any way to make my preferred order stick after a
restart.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks for any info ................
