Vista - How to automatically delete headers?

Is there any way of having the email or newsgroup program not show the
headers (even brief) when replying? It makes things a total mess and 99% of
the time is totally redundant. Yes I can delete them every time but this
wastes time. An intelligent solution would be not to show anything except
the previous message with a keyboard shortcut to reply below or above
depending on the common sense of the previous reply. In email 95% of the
time people top post so after a few back and forth exchanges its an
incomprehensible mess. No wonder so many people communicate poorly in
email.

No, there's no option to omit the headers when you elect to quote
the original message in your reply.
