HELLO, I am running a IMAP 4 Mailbox with over 10 years of mail messages in
my mailbox and am trying to look for an old email from 2 years ago. When I
go into the sent items, I only have my mail from this past year. There is no
option to download my previous old mail. I go into Mozilla Thunderbird and
all my mail is there. Why is Windows Live Mail filtering/not downloading old
mail?



I want to have this fixed but no clue how to send an email to technical
support about this issue since there is no link within the Help menu for this.
