| | Setting default sending account Is there a way to set which account to use at the default for sending an email from within WLM? I find it VERY irritating how WLM will us the account for the folder or email that I currently have selected in the software. At work I have my work email as well as a few other accounts setup and I keep sending work related emails out via the wrong address because of this. I catch the problem most of the time but not always. |

| | Re: Setting default sending account You can't set a default account so that all mails go from one account, no matter which account folder you are in. But that's why there's the dropdown in top right of a new mail message that lets you select one of your others accounts to send from. WLM automatically chooses the account of the folder that you're in as most people will want to reply from that account and not another. Microsoft however are currently taking suggestions for the next WLM wave so I'll pass this suggestion along as I can see where it would have its merits. There is nothing more annoying than having your spam email account selected, and sending a message and having it go out under your spam address...
