Vista - How to change the "From" when e-mails are sent via "Windows Live M

Currently when I use "Windows Live Mail" to send e-mails, the recipients see
(and reply to) my "xxxxx@xxxxxx" e-mail address.

Some time ago I was able to find a way that enabled me to have WLM show a
secondary e-mail as a "Reply-To" address. Now I forgot how to do that. Can
someone please help me figure out:

1. How to enter this "secondary" e-mail address into WLM, and
2. Once I enter it, how do I designate it as the default e-mail address
that will always be the only one that the recipients see and reply to.

Tools, Accounts, Properties, Reply to
For recipients to only see that address, only send using that address.
Click on the From field and change the address.
Setting an address as default does not mean that address will always be
used.
