Vista - Rejected message to Hotmail account

As of this afternoon, If I send an email to my Hotmail account, or any other
Hotmail account, for that purpose, from my IMAP account, it gets rejected
every time. This is the error message :

- SMTP protocol diagnostic: 550 SC-002 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail
for policy reasons. The mail server IP connecting to Windows Live Hotmail has
exhibited namespace mining behavior. If you are not an email/network admin
please contact your E-mail/Internet Service Provider for help. Email/network
admins, please visit http://postmaster.live.com for email delivery
information and support

Funny thing is, it only happens if I send the message from within WLM and
not, for example, a web site like "mail2web.com". It is frustrating because I
have dozens of contacts that use Hotmail.
Anybody have any clues ??

We can't do anything about the criteria that the Hotmail server uses
for rejecting email messages.
Try sending out through a different account, one that uses a different
SMTP server.

You need to contact the mail service that you are sending via in WLM.
Hotmail says that it appears that some spammers are using that service
to send to Hotmail. Your mail service will need to clean that up and
then ask Hotmail to stop blocking them.
