Vista - Search Enhancement Pack

I asked for help from Microsoft advisers to sort out some problem with my
Outlook. someone phoned and directed me to solve the problem. But after that
each time I start my computer I get the above page opened as soon as the
computer starts. I checked Geek and Mirosft and I noticed that others with
the same problem were advised to go to Start and Run and paste: msiexec /x
{A853BEB2-B270-4645-AAAA-9D83C2233BD3}
I followed that too but it did not help and the page keeps coming up again.
