Vista - Cannot reply to email in Windows Live Mail

This problem is a strange one and probably unique... The 'Reply' toolbar
button here is always disabled (inactive).
I noticed that it was not always so. I mean I wasn't using Windows Live Mail
always - before I've been using only the web version.
The 'Reply' is active only on those emails which I received before started
using the software.

Any help will be appreciated as it's annoying using the desktop version to
receive mail and use the web version to reply...

Are you reading the emails in Quick views or the Inbox?
Are you accessing the server using http or pop?

While viewing an email, Ctrl + F3, copy the header information and paste to
this newsgroup.
X out usernames such as vathanx.
Do the copy, paste, xxx for a Reply and disabled Reply.

The server settings were not changed since the client configured it
automatically when I first added my account (this account) It connects by
HTTP.
