Hi

for some reason all emails I receive are just basic text, all graphics and
web site links have
been removed, all of the senders are in my contacts and have been added to
the safe senders list.

Any ideas on what the problem is and how I can fix it?

Sounds like you are viewing your messages
in plain text which is the safest option but if
you prefer HTML...open WLM and go to...
Tools / Options / Read tab...uncheck the box...
"Read all messages in plain text"/ apply / OK.

Also go to...Tools / Safety Options / Security tab...
uncheck the box..."Block Images and external
content sent from e-mail addresses in my Safe
Senders list" / Apply / OK.

I don't know how I missed that, I looked more than once for a relevant
property but missed it all together.

Hi John,

Don't have that second per sé, mine is the opposite.
Show images ... ...
although I suspect one has to Block images in html e-mail for it to
become active.
