WLM editor

I have just switched to Firefox as my browser.

Now I can not edit the text in WLM. If I try to insert a character into a
word, it does not insert but overwrites the next character.

This does not happen in IE.

Firefox has nothing to do with WLM.
Press the Insert key on your keyboard to switch to Insert mode.

Press the Insert key on your keyboard to toggle the Insert mode off or on.
