| Guest | 278 e-mails in her mail box A friend of mine went on a short vacation. Came back and found 278 e-mails in her mail box. According to her, the e-mail account is " locked up ". Fortunately she has another account. I believe she is using Outlook. What can I tell her to " unlock " that account ? Thank you. t-4-2 |

| Guest | Re: 278 e-mails in her mail box Hi, t-4-2. WLM doesn't impose such a limit, nor does Outlook. Must be her ISP that has "locked up" her account. Contact the ISP. Or, use webmail to access the account, review the incoming messages, and delete any spam or other problem ones. If her mailbox is still too full, she'll have to read and delete some of the good ones to make room for more. Maybe one of those messages holds some large photos or other graphics files. RC -- R. C. | Guest | Re: 278 e-mails in her mail box Thank you. She is quite ignorant in computer. Luckily it is University library computer. Someone will have to clear that up albeit a few accusing looks at her direction. Yes, there should be a few with good size attachments, courtesy of her alumni , us. t-4-2 "R. C.
